Oops....a month worth of stuff to put down.....apparently I'm crap at remembering to post things!
Righty ho, the Clare May Ball. That was damn good, and properly spangly, with glitter balls and a helter skelter and BUBBLES THAT CAME OUT OF THE TREES (I got very over excited by that!) Everyone looked gorgey as well, and I think a good time was had by all (especially after the effects of the magic rejuvenating 5am croissants had kicked in!!) Then the following weekend was that of G4. I had been psyching myself up for an evening of teeth clenching and trying not to be in too much physical pain...but it was actually really really good! I got quite into it (I was of course mocked severely afterwards) and whooped along like a whooping fiend, even when they did "Hit Me Baby One More Time!!" I do realise however, that this may spell doom for my college marriage. Tom, I am sorry from the bottom of my heart, I know how much they hurt you, I just hope you won't hurt me too much for liking them!
Erm...what else....I have basically been bumming around since being home. Went to Chris' the other night for the annual bouncy castle shindig...which was....erm....bouncy (Kaiser Chiefs provide a very good bouncing soundtrack in case anyone's interested!) Other than that I have read much and wrote a little also. Have nearly finished arsing around with my poetry manuscript (honest guv) and have also decided to have a bash at writing a proper story, although so far I've only done about 1000 words.
That'll do as a catch up methinks...I shall try and post a tad more regularly!
